People who eat a high-protein diet during middle age may be more likely to die of cancer, a new study finds. For older people however, the effects appear to be different.
The minute you have lost the ability to have fun and even have a good laugh at yourself then you have lost a very important part of what makes you human. Life is hard enough without taking the time to smile and laugh. Especially in the most stressful of times. Do yourself and others a favor and fucking laugh people.
