Low Carb Gluten Free "Oatmeal"

3 tsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
3 tsp golden flax seeds
1/4 cup Almonds
1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp Butter
Sweetener of your choice I prefer liquid sucralose

Instructions

Grind Flax seeds & almonds together just a few pulses in the coffee bean grinder should do it. Put into bowl, mix in coconut flakes, cinnamon. Once well combined add vanilla, heavy cream, sweetener and butter. Stir well and microwave on high for 30-60 seconds depending on the wattage of your microwave. Enjoy!
