Low Carb Mozzarella Pizza Crust

Servings 1 crust

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° Fahrenheit
  2. In Mixing bowl combine all ingredients
  3. Spray Pizza Pan with cooking spray and spread cheese mixture onto pan.
  4. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until brown and crisping.
  5. Top with your choice of Pizza Sauce, I use mid's because it's only 3 net carbs per 1/4 a cup.
  6. Add any mix of meats or other toppings as desired as well as cheese.
  7. Place the Pizza back in the oven for about 5 -10 minutes more or until toppings are desired melted/browned.
