So for dinner tonight I made low carb pizza. We used a Mozzarella/Parmesan Cheese Crust. It was AMAZING.
Low Carb Mozzarella Pizza Crust
- 3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Oregano
Preheat oven to 450° Fahrenheit
In Mixing bowl combine all ingredients
Spray Pizza Pan with cooking spray and spread cheese mixture onto pan.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until brown and crisping.
Top with your choice of Pizza Sauce, I use mid's because it's only 3 net carbs per 1/4 a cup.
Add any mix of meats or other toppings as desired as well as cheese.
Place the Pizza back in the oven for about 5 -10 minutes more or until toppings are desired melted/browned.
