cans of tomato sauce

Spices

of chili powder

of oregano

of basil

onion powder

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Sauté onions and garlic together in a large saucepan over medium heat
-
Add ground beef to the saucepan, and brown
-
Drain excess fat
-
Transfer the cooked onions, garlic and meat to your crock-pot
-
Add all vegetables, water and spices to the crock-pot
-
Give it all a good stir Set crock-pot to low and allow to slow cook for about 8 hours or set it on high and slow cook for 4 hours.
