Made Beef Stroganoff for dinner.
Tonight I made Beef Stroganoff for dinner. I used an instant pot recipe and it was so good. We were both pleasantly surprised with how good it came out. I’ve shared the recipe after the break ![]()
I’ve really been getting into cooking lately. Over the weekend I made Fruit Salad for both of us for the week as well as Raspberry & Yogurt parfaits for Mark to take to work. This week we plan on having Salmon Patties with Homemade Cole slaw, Home made Hamburgers & Fries, Freshly battered fish fillets and I would like to make a corned beef brisket and cabbage over the weekend.
It’s so nice to finally have a decent kitchen to cook in and I’ve been really enjoying it.

Beef Stroganoff
A Delicious beef stroganoff made in the instant pot.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Onion Diced
- 1 clove garlic Minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 cups beef broth
- 3 cups egg noodles uncooked
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions

Spray Instant Pot interior with cooking spray. Set to sauté.

Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic.

After beef is browned stir in flour.

Add broth, soup, and salt and pepper. Mix.

Add noodles.

Place lid on Instant Pot.

Set to high pressure for 8Â minutes.

After it is done, let the pressure naturally release for about five minutes, and then change to quick release until all the pressure is gone.

Stir in sour cream until combined.

Serve & Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
If you are looking for this to be thicker please use 2 - 2.5 cups of beef broth instead of the 3 cups.Â
